Sales Representative, Field Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- New customer acquisition with drive: You actively develop new markets within your postal code area and build your own customer network
- Account management with a measured approach: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
- From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact—whether making cold calls, meeting customers on site, or closing contracts
- Teamwork with responsibility: In close cooperation with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the growth of our company

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services
- Passion for new customer acquisition – with a hunter mentality you win new clients, inspire those around you, and develop existing relationships for the long term
- Strong character, confident in negotiations, and a genuine hands-on mentality
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Technically inclined and proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Class B driver's license
