Field Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactive new business development: You actively open up new markets within your postal code area and build your own client network
- Strategic account management: You professionally manage existing business clients and develop them strategically
- From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact
- Teamwork with responsibility: In close cooperation with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the company’s growth
- Scope to influence: You contribute your ideas and expertise to projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years' experience in B2B sales
- Ideally in the services sector or technical services
- Hunter mentality for new customer acquisition
- Strong character, confident in negotiations and a genuine hands-on mentality
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Technically inclined and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving licence (Class B)
