About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- New customer acquisition with drive: You actively open up new markets within your postal code area and build your own customer network
- Account management with judgement: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
- From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact — whether cold calling, meeting customers on-site, or concluding contracts
- Teamwork with responsibility: In close collaboration with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the growth of our company
- Room for initiative: You contribute ideas and expertise to projects and actively help shape the future of our company
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or technical services
- Passion for new customer acquisition — with a hunter mentality you win new clients, inspire those around you, and develop existing relationships for the long term
- Strong character, confident negotiator, and a genuine hands-on mentality
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Technically inclined and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
- Class B driver's license
