Key responsibilities & impact
  • New customer acquisition with drive: You actively open up new markets within your postal code area and build your own customer network
  • Account management with judgement: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
  • From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact — whether cold calling, meeting customers on-site, or concluding contracts
  • Teamwork with responsibility: In close collaboration with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the growth of our company
  • Room for initiative: You contribute ideas and expertise to projects and actively help shape the future of our company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or technical services
  • Passion for new customer acquisition — with a hunter mentality you win new clients, inspire those around you, and develop existing relationships for the long term
  • Strong character, confident negotiator, and a genuine hands-on mentality
  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Technically inclined and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Class B driver's license
