About the role
- You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining and strategically developing our business customers
- From the initial telephone contact through to contract conclusion, you are the commercial point of contact for your customers
- In close collaboration and regular communication with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the success of our team
- You contribute your ideas and expertise to cross-site and cross-functional projects at headquarters, actively shaping the future of our company
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- At least two years' experience in selling services within the DGUV environment (occupational safety/insurance) or in the field of technical services
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good written and spoken German
- Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, an independent working style, and a personable, confident manner
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Driving licence class B
