About the role
- Acquisition, retention and strategic development of our business customers
- Primary sales contact for customers from the first point of contact through to contract conclusion
- Collaboration and regular exchange with the Sales Director
- Contribute ideas and expertise to headquarters’ projects and actively help shape the company’s future
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of experience in selling services within the DGUV (German Social Accident Insurance) environment or in the field of technical services
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and a personable, confident demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid Class B driver’s license
