About the role

  • You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining and strategically developing our business customers
  • From the first telephone contact through to contract conclusion, you are the sales contact for your customers
  • In close collaboration and ongoing exchange with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the success of our team
  • You bring your ideas and expertise to cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters, actively shaping the future of our company

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of experience in selling services within the DGUV framework (German statutory accident insurance) or in the field of technical services
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Passion for sales, negotiation skills, an independent working style, and a friendly, confident appearance
  • Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
