About the role
- You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining and strategically developing our business customers
- From the first telephone contact through to contract conclusion, you are the sales contact for your customers
- In close collaboration and ongoing exchange with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the success of our team
- You bring your ideas and expertise to cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters, actively shaping the future of our company
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of experience in selling services within the DGUV framework (German statutory accident insurance) or in the field of technical services
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Passion for sales, negotiation skills, an independent working style, and a friendly, confident appearance
- Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
- Driver’s license (Class B)
