About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across building systems and manufacturing equipment
  • Apply working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Communicate equipment conditions and scheduled work to production and maintenance leadership/teams
  • Remove and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, lifts, or material-handling equipment
  • Support troubleshooting and escalate complex or non-routine problems
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas for safety and housekeeping compliance
  • Monitor maintenance supplies, parts, and tools and report replenishment needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
  • 3–5 years of experience in plant, facility, or equipment maintenance, or a related technical role required
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, hoists, lifts, and material-handling equipment
  • Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and parts records
  • Ability to follow safety and housekeeping procedures
