About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead collaborative planning sessions with project stakeholders to develop project-specific quality plans and checklists.
- Manage inspections, energization, and commissioning activities, documenting results.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of QA/QC activities, test results, and any identified issues and corrective actions.
- Proactively identify and address potential quality issues.
- Guide the project teams and subcontractors in understanding quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction quality assurance and control, preferably within advanced technology or closely related sectors.
- Experience with quality management software, documentation tools, and data analysis (e.g., ACC Build, Procore, Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel).
