Senior Field Engineer – Modular Solutions
DPR ConstructionSenior Field Engineer supporting coordination and execution of field engineering activities. Collaborating with teams to optimize construction processes and enhance project outcomes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support moderately complex technical review and implementation of engineering plans
- Coordinate with project managers, field staff, self-perform team, superintendents and subcontractors
- Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments independently
- Support the preparation and validation of technical documentation
- Drive process improvements by analyzing general field operations
- Communicate technical updates and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders
- Support less experienced team members in resolving moderately complex field engineering challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 4 - 6 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
