About the role

  • Improve process workflows and create best practices documentation for highly transaction-based work.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes, policies, and programs.
  • Lead a team of Key People Practices Specialists who administer various tasks.
  • Partner with Business People Practices and the Communications & Branding team to provide input and collaborate on content for PP events.
  • Address inquiries and case escalations from Key People Practices Specialists.
  • Communicate regularly with the team on process, policy, or program updates.
  • Ensure compliance-driven processes are adhered to and consistently applied across the enterprise.
  • Coach Key People Practices Specialists who have an enterprise-based span.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or a related field required.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in People Practices with strong subject matter expertise.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS system.
  • Experience in compensation administration a plus.
