About the role
- Improve process workflows and create best practices documentation for highly transaction-based work.
- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes, policies, and programs.
- Lead a team of Key People Practices Specialists who administer various tasks.
- Partner with Business People Practices and the Communications & Branding team to provide input and collaborate on content for PP events.
- Address inquiries and case escalations from Key People Practices Specialists.
- Communicate regularly with the team on process, policy, or program updates.
- Ensure compliance-driven processes are adhered to and consistently applied across the enterprise.
- Coach Key People Practices Specialists who have an enterprise-based span.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or a related field required.
- 7–10+ years of experience in People Practices with strong subject matter expertise.
- Experience with Workday HRIS system.
- Experience in compensation administration a plus.
