About the role
- Design, deliver, and evaluate development programs to build organizational capability.
- Partner with leadership to identify gaps and implement programs that drive performance and engagement.
- Oversee design of engaging learning experiences using blended approaches.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and advise on learning delivery methodologies.
- Coach a team of analysts/specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in adult learning design, leadership development or organizational development.
- Experience with succession planning, change management, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management frameworks.
- Familiarity with learning technologies, virtual platforms, and data analytics.
- Certification in self-awareness and team assessments (e.g., MBTI, Strength Finders, DISC, Enneagram).
