About the role

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate development programs to build organizational capability.
  • Partner with leadership to identify gaps and implement programs that drive performance and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in adult learning design, leadership development or organizational development.
  • Experience with succession planning, change management, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, virtual platforms, and data analytics.
  • Certification in self-awareness and team assessments (e.g., MBTI, Strength Finders, DISC, Enneagram).
