Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator
  • Ability to prepare detailed instructions to bidders
  • Knowledge of unit costs affecting construction cost
  • Experience in Request for Proposal Responses (RFP’s)
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Estimating software (Timberline or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required
