About the role

  • Serve as the primary Data & Development partner for Core Market and Account Management leaders.
  • Coordinate delivery across DPR’s Data Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Software Development, and Knowledge Management teams.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of 1–3 account-aligned Data & Development Account Leads.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for project management activities.
  • Champion consistent tools, dashboards, metrics, and delivery patterns across all accounts.
  • Ensure governance, documentation, and change management practices are applied consistently.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in roles that bridge business and technical teams (data, analytics, technology, or operations).
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize requests, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with distributed teams, including offshore resources.
  • Comfort operating across data analytics, data engineering, and technology domains without being the primary executor.
