About the role
- Oversee daily operations of multiple formwork yards, ensuring efficiency, safety, and organization.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, meeting project timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts across all yards, including tracking usage, returns, and damaged items.
- Inspect returned equipment for damage, determine repair or scrap needs, and coordinate with repair teams or vendors.
- Organize and prepare shipments for upcoming projects, ensuring materials meet quality and safety requirements.
- Implement and maintain yard organization systems to optimize space, accessibility, and workflow.
- Monitor and report on yard performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, turnaround times, and repair completion rates.
- Conduct periodic site visits to perform audits, oversee operations, and support local teams.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all yard locations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience in construction, equipment rental, or formwork operations.
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, or operations.
- Familiarity with yard or warehouse management best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory software and with basic computer applications (Excel, inventory tracking systems, email).
- Forklift certified or the willingness to become forklift certified.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
