About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and calculate customer quotations based on our CRM system and manual inquiries
Coordinate and communicate between Customer Service, Sales, operational departments and our customers
Follow up on quotations and actively support the sales team in business development
Manage customer onboarding and guide new customers through the implementation phase
Liaise with product owners and our international DP World offices
Prepare and maintain reports, analyses and statistics
Ensure high service quality and customer-focused communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in freight forwarding, ideally in operations
Strong customer and service orientation
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Team player with enthusiasm for collaborating across different departments
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Experience in pricing or quotation preparation is an advantage
Knowledge of CargoOne is desirable
