About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies aligned with overall procurement goals
Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, provide guidance, and deliver procurement solutions
Lead sourcing projects, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution
Manage supplier relationships to improve performance, quality, and long-term value
Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier landscapes to inform decision-making
Drive cost-saving initiatives and build a sustainable savings pipeline
Support consolidation of spend and optimization of supplier portfolios across Europe
Ensure contracts are reviewed, validated, and compliant in collaboration with legal teams
Maintain accurate category data, cost analysis, and performance tracking
Identify opportunities for innovation, standardization, and process improvement
Contribute to risk management strategies to ensure supply continuity and competition

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or category management, preferably within indirect categories such as facility services
Bachelor’s or master’s degree required & preferable certified or actively seeking certification in CIPS/NEVI or equivalent
Knowledge of Soft and Hard facility services (e.g. waste, janitorial, office supplies, PPE & uniforms, building maintenance, safety, quality services)
Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to review among others Waste and Cleaning contracts from a commercial and legal perspective
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust
Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
Clear communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse audiences
