About the role
- As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of advanced data models and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Your role will involve overseeing the development and optimization of scalable data pipelines, ensuring the integration and transformation of data from a variety of sources.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their data needs and develop thoughtful reports and dashboards to drive insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role, ideally partnering with product stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience applying SQL, Data Warehousing, and ETL optimization techniques, especially within cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with data transformation and pipeline tools like DBT (Data Built Tool) and Airbyte (ELT).
- 3+ years of experience with PowerBI (preferably) or similar data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with product analytic tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- 3+ years of experience working remotely and with dispersed teams
- Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Analytically-minded, bringing data solutions and business impact together while having autonomy in managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
