About the role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and help ensure clean reporting and dashboards.
- Assist with creating and polishing sales presentations, proposals, and key client materials.
- Coordinate meetings, team events, and sales contests to keep our team motivated and engaged.
- Support contract processing, onboarding activities, and cross-team communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and help the sales team operate more effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an administrative, sales support, or business operations role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
