Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale the recruiting engine
Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and help build Doxel’s talent brand
Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources
Build talent pipelines for current needs and future growth across multiple business functions
Recommend and co-design best-in-class recruiting processes, tooling, and operational rhythm
Introduce data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring
Partner with Finance and GTM leaders on headcount planning and workforce prioritization

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
Experience recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, etc.)
Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment
Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles; able to calibrate talent quickly
Partner to senior stakeholders; capable of shaping roles, advising on comp, and guiding decisions
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruiting data and drive improvements
Proficiency with multiple ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
