About the role
- Lead enterprise rollouts from kickoff through active delivery, working with Sales and Customer Success
- Shape the foundation of the global implementation function and define how it scales
- Decrease customers' time to value and increase onboarding satisfaction
- Manage up to 15 concurrent customer onboardings
- Schedule and kick off calls and weekly status reports to customers
- Guide customers to successful outcomes and request/prepare onboarding files
- Liaise between department stakeholders to ensure alignment on project statuses
- Document and drive systemic change internally to further decrease time to value
Requirements
- 3+ years in the software industry delivering implementation at scale
- Process and structure-driven, able to create flexible structure to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Meticulously organized with excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable with modern tools for managing and communicating with internal parties
- Proactive and self-motivated, beacon of positivity and enthusiasm
- High aptitude and willingness to continually learn new technologies
- Adaptable to ever-evolving processes and strong personal initiative to execute
- Preferred: background or experience in commercial construction, engineering, and/or design
- Preferred: Comfortable with both Oracle P6 Schedules and BIM
