About the role

  • Lead enterprise rollouts from kickoff through active delivery, working with Sales and Customer Success
  • Shape the foundation of the global implementation function and define how it scales
  • Decrease customers' time to value and increase onboarding satisfaction
  • Manage up to 15 concurrent customer onboardings
  • Schedule and kick off calls and weekly status reports to customers
  • Guide customers to successful outcomes and request/prepare onboarding files
  • Liaise between department stakeholders to ensure alignment on project statuses
  • Document and drive systemic change internally to further decrease time to value

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the software industry delivering implementation at scale
  • Process and structure-driven, able to create flexible structure to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Meticulously organized with excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable with modern tools for managing and communicating with internal parties
  • Proactive and self-motivated, beacon of positivity and enthusiasm
  • High aptitude and willingness to continually learn new technologies
  • Adaptable to ever-evolving processes and strong personal initiative to execute
  • Preferred: background or experience in commercial construction, engineering, and/or design
  • Preferred: Comfortable with both Oracle P6 Schedules and BIM
