About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the HR Department on all company-wide employment law matters
  • Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT — Social and Economic Committee and Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)
  • Contribute to constructive social dialogue
  • Support implementation of collective agreements and unilateral employer decisions (DUE)
  • Participate in the analysis and management of internal cases
  • Draft, ensure the legal soundness of, and monitor contractual documents
  • Coordinate the management of occupational illness cases
  • Assist in handling sensitive individual situations
  • Maintain active legal monitoring and provide legal advice and expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in employment/social law
  • Ability to analyze situations with a strategic perspective
  • Strong organizational skills and rigorous prioritization
  • Autonomy in handling and following up on cases
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
