About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR Director across all employment law matters within the company’s legal scope.
- Prepare and participate in representative bodies (Works Council, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and contribute to high-quality social dialogue.
- Support implementation of collective agreements and legally required information/consultation processes, ensuring follow-up on diagnostics and associated action plans.
- Assist in analyzing and managing internal situations in collaboration with employee representatives.
- Draft, secure, and oversee the follow-up of employee contractual documents.
- Coordinate management of occupational disease cases with external partners, including law firms.
- Support handling of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary actions, terminations, disputes, litigation).
- Maintain active legal monitoring, provide advice and expertise to teams, and contribute to cross-functional projects (BDESE, audits).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in employment/ labor law
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a transforming or multi-site environment.
- Ability to analyze situations with strategic perspective
- Structured organization and rigorous prioritization skills
- Autonomy in managing and following up cases
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Strong collaboration skills and team spirit
- Agility and adaptability in evolving environments
- Strict respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Capacity to understand and manage complex situations.
