About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the HR Director across all employment law matters within the company’s legal scope.
  • Prepare and participate in representative bodies (Works Council, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and contribute to high-quality social dialogue.
  • Support implementation of collective agreements and legally required information/consultation processes, ensuring follow-up on diagnostics and associated action plans.
  • Assist in analyzing and managing internal situations in collaboration with employee representatives.
  • Draft, secure, and oversee the follow-up of employee contractual documents.
  • Coordinate management of occupational disease cases with external partners, including law firms.
  • Support handling of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary actions, terminations, disputes, litigation).
  • Maintain active legal monitoring, provide advice and expertise to teams, and contribute to cross-functional projects (BDESE, audits).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in employment/ labor law
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a transforming or multi-site environment.
  • Ability to analyze situations with strategic perspective
  • Structured organization and rigorous prioritization skills
  • Autonomy in managing and following up cases
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
  • Strong collaboration skills and team spirit
  • Agility and adaptability in evolving environments
  • Strict respect for confidentiality and discretion
  • Capacity to understand and manage complex situations.
