About the role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative loyalty constructs and strategies across products
- Create and execute multi-channel strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
- Partner with Product Management, Affinity Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales and Service leadership
- Drive execution of approved strategies with direct report(s) and external agencies/vendors
- Assess and optimize consumer communications that integrate with loyalty programs
- Manage revenue forecasts, establish annual forecast and perform monthly reforecasting based on performance
- Analyze loyalty program performance, implement metrics and tracking with Database Marketing team, and model program impact
- Identify A/B testing opportunities and lead experiment design to optimize campaign components
- Develop and present data-backed recommendations and clear presentations to senior leadership
- Provide coaching and development for direct report(s) and manage marketing spend against benchmarks and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 8 years work experience in multi-channel marketing or related function
- Minimum 5 years work experience managing consumer loyalty programs
- Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership training
- Minimum 3 years experience working with revenue and budget forecasts and reporting performance against goals
- Minimum 3 years experience leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests, experiment design and statistically significant testing methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of the customer lifecycle and multi-channel marketing
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBi and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CDPs, campaign automation, or CRM tools
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with ambiguity on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership competencies and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel domestically ~5%
