About the role

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of innovative loyalty constructs and strategies across product offerings
  • Create and execute multi-channel strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze performance of existing loyalty programs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Implement metrics and tracking mechanisms with Database Marketing to model program impact and support decision-making
  • Manage revenue forecasts, establish annual forecast and monthly reforecasting based on performance actuals
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Product Management, external agencies, and vendors to deliver loyalty initiatives
  • Drive execution with direct reports to ensure programs are planned, executed, and within budget
  • Identify campaign components for A/B testing and provide data-backed recommendations to senior leadership
  • Translate complex data into clear presentations and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
  • Provide coaching and development for direct reports to achieve business results and adapt to changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8 years work experience in multi-channel marketing or related function
  • Minimum 5 years work experience managing consumer loyalty programs
  • Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership training
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with revenue and budget forecasts, reporting performance against goals and being accountable for reaching forecasts
  • Minimum 3 years experience leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests, experiment design and statistically significant testing methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of the customer lifecycle and multi-channel marketing
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBi, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CDPs, campaign automation, or CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with ambiguity on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership competencies and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent time management, organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Strong presentation skills in small and large group settings
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • 5% domestic travel
