About the role
- Evaluate, structure, and execute acquisitions for DOXA’s specialty insurance platform
- Perform in-depth financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analyses
- Assist in due diligence and manage cross-functional teams and external advisors
- Analyze industry trends and identify strategic acquisition targets
- Maintain and manage the M&A CRM system and deal pipeline
- Assist in structuring deal terms and negotiating agreements
- Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and external consultants
- Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations to executive leadership
- Support post-transaction integration and track KPI-driven value realization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
