About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead definition and financial validation of initiative‑level value cases
Serve as the financial authority for value estimates
Track and manage value realization against targets
Identify financial risks, variances, and slippage to plan
Advise program leadership on progress toward financial commitments
Ensure validated savings and benefits are fully integrated into management reporting
Reconcile initiative‑level value to P&L, cost centers, and financial statements
Design and maintain value governance, controls, and approval standards
Act as a trusted thought partner to program leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic planning, or related roles
Experienced in enterprise risk management activities
Experience in supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting strongly preferred
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States
