• Bring a systematic approach to product development.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
• Develop a deep understanding of the market through user/market research, data analysis, and marketing experimentation.
• Write product requirements documents for new products and features.

Affiliate Manager

• Manage the full cycle of affiliate operations, including onboarding, contracts, and payouts
• Validate performance data, track commissions, and ensure accurate, timely payments in coordination with Finance
• Deliver regular performance reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements
• Serve as main point of contact for affiliate Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams
• Handle affiliate requests, disputes, and compliance checks professionally and accurately
• Maintain and refresh affiliate resources (banners, creatives, landing pages)
• Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns; manage communications across Telegram, newsletters, and email
• Track and support affiliate BD team tasks, incentives, OKRs; run performance reviews and organize training
• Collect affiliate feedback, translate into actionable improvements, and update playbooks
• Partner with internal teams to support product feature launches and promotional campaigns
• Detect and prevent abuse or fraud; adjust commission structures and promotions as needed
• Benchmark competitor programs and provide insights to refine strategy

• Design branded illustrations, infographics, and visual assets that clearly and engagingly communicate complex concepts.
• Produce clean infographics and data visualizations for the web3/fintech space.
• Support content and marketing teams with polished slide decks, social media visuals, and campaign assets.
• Create and maintain a scalable visual identity system, including icons and asset libraries.
• Explore generative art as a creative channel for branded campaigns (bonus).
• Develop workflows or templates to automate social media visuals for faster delivery.
• Collaborate with product, BD, and marketing teams to align visuals with strategic narratives.
• Work remotely across global teams, with optional collaboration in Porto or Singapore offices.
