  • Manage a growing team and, in the short term, become our Studio Lead.
  • Ensure Dougs' visual identity remains strong and recognizable.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Fintech, Legaltech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Strong aptitude for motion/animation is a plus.
