About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As part of a 34-person HR/payroll team, you will be responsible for supporting clients with social and payroll administration:
- Prepare payrolls according to various collective bargaining agreements
- Depending on your skills, answer questions on social legislation, employment contracts, and other related documents
- Manage social contributions for different clients
- Set up new client files: liaise with clients and configure them in SILAE
- Advise and support clients on all requests related to their social administration
- Respond, even to the most unusual questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in an accounting firm
- Ideally, proficiency in and ability to configure the SILAE payroll software (training can be provided if needed)
- A genuine desire to participate in a project, with enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude
- You believe that interpersonal skills, teamwork and positive leadership are the keys to success
- You want to have a significant impact on Dougs' journey and contribute to its rapid growth
