Manager

• Own the delivery of custom integrations and partner-driven solutions, ensuring timelines are met and revenue opportunities are realized
• Drive the successful rollout of new and evolving product capabilities, including configuration, setup, and backfill required to make them customer-ready
• Act as the bridge between Product and Engineering to ensure what is built is fully usable in real-world customer environments
• Support PM-led standard integrations by coordinating execution, resolving dependencies, and ensuring smooth delivery from build to launch
• Serve as the escalation point for Rockerbox Implementation Specialists on complex or non-standard delivery scenarios
• Lead delivery for new or customized product use cases, working closely with Customer Success to incorporate customer context and resolve conflicts
• Identify and close gaps between product functionality and customer usage, especially in edge cases or early-stage features
• Improve the speed, reliability, and scalability of product delivery through better processes and coordination

Product Delivery Manager

Security Engineer

• Serve as the primary owner Workday the security and integration configurations and processes
• Manage security groups, tenant configurations, and data integrity across the production and sandbox environments
• Proactively identify and implement platform enhancements that improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and increase data accuracy
• Participate in bi-annual Workday release management, including feature evaluation, testing, and controlled deployment to minimize business disruption
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to design scalable solutions that support business growth
• Document all configurations, business processes, and custom solutions to maintain institutional knowledge and support audit readiness
• Own the full lifecycle of Workday integrations connecting to external systems (payroll providers, benefits carriers, time tracking systems, etc.)
• Develop, maintain, and optimize custom integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, RESTful/SOAP web services
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data accuracy across connected systems
• Implement error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms to proactively address integration issues
• Configure and maintain role-based and user-based security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies
• Conduct quarterly security audits to ensure proper segregation of duties and compliance with internal controls
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews in accordance with SOC 2 and other compliance requirements
• Partner with IT Security to enforce data privacy standards and respond to access-related audit findings
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning recommendations
• Manage tenant operations including sandboxing, data loads, and configuration migrations
• Leverage XML, XSLT, and APIs to manage complex data transformations and integrations
• Stay current on Workday product roadmap and emerging features, evaluating applicability to DoubleVerify's needs
• Partner closely with HRIS Team and HR Stakeholders and contribute to the broader Corporate Systems strategy by identifying opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and cross-platform optimization
• Partner and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, release, and hypercare
• Provide expertise in security and integrations architecture, ensuring appropriate access controls, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across HCM, Financial, and Payroll modules.

Senior Workday Security, Integration Engineer

Account Manager

• Responsible for proactively managing the day-to-day Agency and/or Network partner relationships of assigned accounts.
• Provide strategic and tactical client service to a complex, high touch customer base.
• Proactively oversee assigned portfolios, identifying growth opportunities and up-sell potential within the existing client base.
• Hands on management of client business processes including, but not limited to onboarding and implementation, reporting and proactive remediation, and billing.
• Ensure the quality of services and solutions, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests, and troubleshooting of all reporting, ad-serving, or data issues.
• Organize and conduct kick-off and on-going calls with clients and internal teams to understand campaign deliverables.
• Compile performance evaluations for each client, highlighting the DoubleVerify value proposition throughout.
• Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure delivery and billing and extracts insight from reports.
• Facilitate and ensure contract billing process is administered with quality in a timely manner.
• Understand and effectively communicate DoubleVerify’s value proposition, technology, and partnerships as relates to growth of current and prospective client accounts.
• Successfully manage customer expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong, active relationships with clients at both senior and mid-management levels.
• Finesse sometimes complicated relationships across Advertisers, Agencies, Networks, Publishers, and 3rd Party Technology partners.
• Participate in client meetings to understand partner goals and objectives.
• Manage and/or participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Close the feedback loop internally by providing customer insights on ways DoubleVerify may improve products and services.
