About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partnership focal point and translator: Meet with the partner’s business managers to understand commercial needs, translate them internally, and route requests to the right teams at the appropriate times within the company.
  • Revenue and value-generation focus: Evaluate initiatives with a commercial and analytical perspective, prioritizing actions that deliver profit, profitability and long-term viability for the partnership.
  • Experience and process optimization: Critically review the product and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey (e.g., simplify and streamline the app registration/onboarding flow), resulting in increased conversion.
  • Analytical and process management: Lead workstreams and projects with a strong understanding of scope, timelines, dependencies and risks, ensuring governance rituals and structured documentation.
  • Internal coordination ("navigating Dotz"): Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously as a mediator and facilitator across Product, Technology, CRM, Customer Service, Operations and Support teams.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Continuously monitor operational, financial, campaign and product metrics, turning data into actionable business insights.
  • Presentation development: Create clear, visual executive materials for alignment with both external partners and internal leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analytical, process-oriented and commercial profile: Strong ability to interpret metrics and design processes (project mindset), combined with solid business acumen and commercial judgment for revenue-focused decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate internally: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to move efficiently across Dotz’s areas and partner stakeholders.
  • Tools proficiency: Daily, consistent use of Excel (for deep analysis and analytical views) and PowerPoint / Google Slides (for structured presentation development).
  • Experience with digital products and journeys: Hands-on experience with apps, CRM, campaigns and technology platforms, with a focus on improving flows (e.g., user onboarding/registration).
  • Prior experience in B2B partnerships or Key Account management: Experience with complex business models, white-label solutions or strategic account management.
  • Experience with financial products is a plus.
