About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
Work with multidisciplinary squads to promote continuous, value-driven deliveries
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
Evolve credit products (e.g., BNPL and personal loans) with a focus on performance and operational efficiency
Monitor and optimize processes related to origination, underwriting, disbursement, assignment (cession) and collections
Use data to support decisions, validate hypotheses and identify improvement opportunities
Serve as the primary point of connection between business, data and technology stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with credit products and an understanding of the full lifecycle (origination, underwriting, assignment and collections)
Knowledge of FIDC, including structuring and the dynamics of receivables assignment
Previous experience as a Product Owner or close collaboration with agile teams
Proficiency in SQL for advanced analyses, query construction and hypothesis validation
Experience managing backlogs, prioritization and driving requests to completion
Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
