About the role

  • Leads the identification, negotiation and development of new strategic partnerships, focusing on sustainable growth and value creation for the business.
  • Defines and executes expansion strategy, prioritizing partners with high revenue-leverage potential.
  • Maintains close relationships with key partners, acting as the executive point of contact and ensuring strategic alignment, governance and continuous improvement of results.
  • Leads negotiations, performance reviews and the definition of joint growth plans.
  • Defines go-to-market strategies for financial products together with partners, including digital campaigns, CRM and acquisition and conversion journeys.
  • Orchestrates initiatives with internal teams (product, marketing, technology and operations) to ensure efficient execution.
  • Defines, monitors and reports strategic performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and financial products.
  • Provides an analytical business perspective, using data to inform decision-making, prioritization and optimization of results.
  • Actively contributes to the evolution of financial products, providing market, partner and customer insights.
  • Designs and optimizes sales journeys and digital experiences to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Manages investments and costs related to partnerships and CRM strategies, ensuring efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • Defines monetization models and monitors the profitability of initiatives.
  • Operates with strong cross-functional influence, connecting teams and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • May lead a team or serve as a technical reference within the partnerships vertical.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships, preferably with financial products or fintechs.
  • Business-minded with a strong results orientation and focus on revenue growth.
  • Experience with CRM, digital campaigns and acquisition journeys.
  • Analytical capability to interpret data and define strategies.
  • Experience with tools such as Google BigQuery, Salesforce and knowledge of Python.
  • Strong negotiation skills, executive communication and stakeholder management.
