About the role
- Map, segment, and optimize digital journeys by customer profile, removing friction and increasing engagement and conversion.
- Structure the communication and positioning of app features, ensuring the product value is understood from the first click, with a focus on product education and the user's next step.
- Analyze journeys from the perspective of cognitive load, usability, and abandonment, proposing improvements to interfaces, flows, and the Design System with emphasis on clarity and intuitive navigation.
- Define the channel mix (Push, Email, WhatsApp, In-app, SMS) and the communication/engagement cadence across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation.
- Plan and execute A/B tests for communications, interfaces, and flows to optimize conversion, retention, and engagement funnels.
- Translate business objectives into product experiences, working collaboratively with Product, CRM, Marketing, Data, and Design.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Owner or a hybrid profile with experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or UX Strategy.
- Experience building and optimizing digital journeys focused on conversion and retention.
- Proficiency with CRM and engagement tools (e.g., Braze, Insider, CleverTap, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze conversion funnels, churn, retention, and user behavior.
- Strong UX and interface sensibility, focused on reducing cognitive load and improving the experience.
- Strong written communication skills (copywriting oriented to conversion and user experience).
- Availability to work in São Paulo or the surrounding region (close interaction with stakeholders).
