About the role

  • Define product vision, roadmap and prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
  • Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories and deliverables.
  • Conduct data-driven critical analyses to support decision-making.
  • Manage backlog, ceremonies, scope and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (tech, data, risk, operations, compliance and partners).
  • Establish and track performance metrics, funnels and financial indicators.
  • Communicate status, risks and decisions objectively to leadership.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Owner for digital financial products; experience with BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with practical experience using data and SQL.
  • Proven track record in prioritization, planning and execution of complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Business acumen, logical reasoning and a high capacity for execution.
  • Advanced English for verbal and written communication.
