About the role
- Support the execution and monitoring of daily operational processes;
- Assignment flow: monitor assignments/transfers from the originating bank to the FIDC until the operation is paid (liaise with the fund administrator and fund manager);
- Reconciliation flow: process settlements of installment payments with the FIDC, monitor asset substitutions (restructuring/re-amortization and contract amendments), and handle amounts pending identification;
- Repass and repurchase handling: address cases of potential fraud, improper assignments, failed assignments, and ineligible portfolios;
- Support cash management and data entry into systems;
- Upload files to the database (GCP): organize and store FIDC information in the database;
- Monitor the FIDC's cash flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Intermediate SQL knowledge (Power BI is a plus).
