About the role
- Act as the CPO's right-hand person to structure, harmonize, and elevate the design practice.
- Manage recruitment, supervision, and leadership of the Design teams: UX/UI Designers.
- Ensure alignment of design practices and deliverables with the tech teams.
- Organize and coordinate user research activities.
- Monitor and track design trends.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI) within a demanding product environment.
- 2 years of experience managing a design team.
- Excellent command of UX/UI design, graphic design, and product design.
- Expertise with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user research tools (e.g., Maze).
- Fluent English required, with the ability to lead presentations and meetings in English.
