Configure & support implementation of Dotmatics Virscidian solutions
Oversee implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through go-live
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Conduct demonstrations, training, and technical support

Monitor data flow between databases, servers, and cloud services
Train customers on configured solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years + experience deploying Scientific SaaS solutions into the life science industry
Advanced experience in consulting customers in the Scientific/Life Science community
Advanced understanding of laboratory workflows from manual to fully automated
Data integration planning and coordination
Strong ability to focus on data first architecture
Working with lab informatics software, and knowledge of file transformations
In-depth user expertise in Oracle (SQL)
Advanced knowledge of building and deploying APIs
