Manage large Scientific SaaS delivery & implementations projects
Ensure clients are reaching their desired outcomes and adopting solutions
Leverage advanced SaaS Implementation/delivery skills, processes management, and interpersonal skills
Advocate for Dotmatics, engaging stakeholders to effectively communicate Actions, Owners, Timelines
Develop, plan and manage implementation projects across disparate organizations
Lead full cycle project delivery for complex enterprise level SaaS software
Manage large technical & digital transformation programmes
Identify requirements and barriers to projects, including cost, time, scope, and resources
Ensure project compliance with relevant standards, regulatory requirements and contractual agreements
Provide overall leadership to team leads and project staff both intra- and inter-company

Requirements

10+ years experience in SaaS Enterprise implementation/delivery projects
Project Management Certification such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent
Experience in successfully setting up agile project deliveries
Demonstrated experience of managing SaaS configuration projects throughout their life cycle
A background in either chemistry, biology or life sciences (preferred)
