About the role
- The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a targeted, commissioned role working on the new business team in the Americas region.
- Source and qualify Leads converting them into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) by identifying Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe.
- Responsible for sourcing and managing a list of leads to create new opportunities with a variety of businesses.
- Form trusted relationships with Leadership, Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Marketing and BDR peers.
- Meet monthly SQO target; commission based on accepted SQOs.
- Use solution selling in initial pitch; work high volume of leads and use organized business development process.
- Work leads in CRM quickly and efficiently; spend significant time on phone speaking to prospects.
- Conversations relate to Prospect's email, SMS, and multichannel marketing automation needs.
Requirements
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience using tools such as Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, etc
- A general understanding of the Ecommerce Landscape, SaaS, or Marketing Technology is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish
- Native-level communication in English (written and spoken)
- Impeccable work ethic
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM and Outreach tools implied
- Motivated, coachable, and determined individual
