About the role

  • The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a targeted, commissioned role working on the new business team in the Americas region.
  • Source and qualify Leads converting them into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) by identifying Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe.
  • Responsible for sourcing and managing a list of leads to create new opportunities with a variety of businesses.
  • Form trusted relationships with Leadership, Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Marketing and BDR peers.
  • Meet monthly SQO target; commission based on accepted SQOs.
  • Use solution selling in initial pitch; work high volume of leads and use organized business development process.
  • Work leads in CRM quickly and efficiently; spend significant time on phone speaking to prospects.
  • Conversations relate to Prospect's email, SMS, and multichannel marketing automation needs.

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Experience using tools such as Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, etc
  • A general understanding of the Ecommerce Landscape, SaaS, or Marketing Technology is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Native-level communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Impeccable work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with CRM and Outreach tools implied
  • Motivated, coachable, and determined individual
