About the role
- Design and delivery of training programs and Learning Journeys (in-person, digital, hybrid) for medium-sized companies and large corporations
- Engaging training and coaching projects focused on B2B and B2C sales
- Consultative Selling and Value Selling
- Sales questioning techniques as well as mindset & presence in sales
- Video production as part of learning and qualification concepts
- Training and coaching concepts according to new standards (including AR/VR)
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- Proven, solid sales experience
- Extensive hands-on sales experience
- Coaching qualification (minimum 2 years of practical experience)
- Understanding of motivational systems and the functions of emotions
- Strong cognitive empathy
- Strong self-management skills
