About the role

  • Design and delivery of training programs and Learning Journeys (in-person, digital, hybrid) for medium-sized companies and large corporations
  • Engaging training and coaching projects focused on B2B and B2C sales
  • Consultative Selling and Value Selling
  • Sales questioning techniques as well as mindset & presence in sales
  • Video production as part of learning and qualification concepts
  • Training and coaching concepts according to new standards (including AR/VR)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
  • Proven, solid sales experience
  • Extensive hands-on sales experience
  • Coaching qualification (minimum 2 years of practical experience)
  • Understanding of motivational systems and the functions of emotions
  • Strong cognitive empathy
  • Strong self-management skills
