5+ years creating training for enterprise audiences, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance, risk, or regulated environments
Comfortable owning content end-to-end — from written modules to interactive scenarios, video storyboards, and simulations
Design training that balances technical accuracy with strong narrative and behavioral insight
Think critically about how real attackers operate, and enjoy translating that into realistic, engaging learning experiences
Experience building content for global audiences (or are thoughtful about localization, accessibility, and cultural nuance)
Excited to collaborate with security, AI, and research teams, not just work from static requirements
Want to move beyond “check-the-box” compliance and help define what next-generation human risk training should look like.
