Business Development Rep

• Play foundational role building go-to-market engine targeting large international General Contractors
• Initiate high-value conversations with senior decision-makers
• Create new business opportunities to fuel Slate’s growth
• Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas
• Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and identify opportunities
• Operate autonomously to improve processes, training, technology, and other business aspects
• Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
• Conduct daily activities: pre-call research and planning, high volume calls, follow-up/nurturing leads, maintain HubSpot records
