Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for monitoring and driving improvements to the quality of components or products.
  • Participate on project teams and lead projects.
  • Ensure current components and products comply to specifications.
  • Implement and sustain controls while driving continuous improvements to products and processes.
  • Complete formal audits and assessments on products and processes.
  • Continuously monitor quality of supplied and/or internally manufactured components and products for conformance to specification.
  • Drive corrective actions on non-conforming materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering-General Bachelor’s Degree
  • Sound understanding of engineering principles
  • Familiar with root cause analysis
  • Knowledge and prior experience with company equipment, production processes, and engineering is desired.
  • Familiar with Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Prior internship, co-op, or professional experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing, quality, or engineering experience preferred.
