About the role
- General Primary HR contact for employees.
- Assist in developing & implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate HR programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Handle employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support across areas of HR Operations.
- Implement strategies for positive employer-employee relationships, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate on training, development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
- Advise managers on job design, salaries, benefits, and compliance.
- Assist in collective bargaining agreements negotiation and administration.
- Guide management and employees on staffing and labor relations.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor labor laws and industry trends for compliance.
- Develop strategies for positive labor-management relations.
- Present reports on labor relations issues.
- Collaborate on policies and programs supporting labor relations.
- Foster a healthy, open, and collaborative work environment through implementation of appropriate communication and management strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans that support the company's objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Generate compelling content for various communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
- Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
