About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • General Primary HR contact for employees.
  • Assist in developing & implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate HR programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Handle employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support across areas of HR Operations.
  • Implement strategies for positive employer-employee relationships, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on training, development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
  • Advise managers on job design, salaries, benefits, and compliance.
  • Assist in collective bargaining agreements negotiation and administration.
  • Guide management and employees on staffing and labor relations.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor labor laws and industry trends for compliance.
  • Develop strategies for positive labor-management relations.
  • Present reports on labor relations issues.
  • Collaborate on policies and programs supporting labor relations.
  • Foster a healthy, open, and collaborative work environment through implementation of appropriate communication and management strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans that support the company's objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Generate compelling content for various communication channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
  • Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
