About the role

  • Lead the implementation and administration of annual compensation programs, including Merit, AOP, STI (with accruals), and LTI
  • Ensure rigorous documentation, data audits, and smooth system preparation throughout all compensation cycles
  • Review and validate compensation changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and principles
  • Manage the job code creation process, administrate MRP requests, and coordinate necessary validations and approvals
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on compensation, benefits, and key HR metrics for management and HR stakeholders
  • Deliver monthly personnel cost analyses versus AOP and provide meaningful insights to relevant teams

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits or HR analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; Power Query, Power BI and Excel (incl. VBA) are a plus
  • Fluent in English, other languages
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential data
