About the role
- Lead the implementation and administration of annual compensation programs, including Merit, AOP, STI (with accruals), and LTI
- Ensure rigorous documentation, data audits, and smooth system preparation throughout all compensation cycles
- Review and validate compensation changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and principles
- Manage the job code creation process, administrate MRP requests, and coordinate necessary validations and approvals
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on compensation, benefits, and key HR metrics for management and HR stakeholders
- Deliver monthly personnel cost analyses versus AOP and provide meaningful insights to relevant teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits or HR analytics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; Power Query, Power BI and Excel (incl. VBA) are a plus
- Fluent in English, other languages
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential data
