About the role

  • Analyze sales, pipeline, and market data to identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and risk areas
  • Translate business needs into analytical models, dashboards, and reports for commercial leadership
  • Monitor KPIs and support target setting, forecasting, and performance review cycles
  • Analyze the industry trend, dealer performance, and gather inputs from field team, identify the key reasons of under or over achievement, and develop sales strategy to achieve the targets
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Operating Plans/Long-Range Plans (AOP/LRP)
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes (e.g., opportunity management, pricing governance, order pipeline tracking)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to harmonize processes and ensure data consistency across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, BI tools)
  • Identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities in data workflows
  • Contribute to business cases for growth initiatives or market expansion
  • Support annual planning, AOP reviews, and performance deep-dives with actionable insights
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and reports for regional and global leadership
  • Act as a liaison between Commercial Solutions Group and regional commercial teams
  • Ensure clear communication of performance insights, process updates, and system changes
  • Lead training or knowledge-sharing sessions to improve adoption of commercial tools and best practices

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a similar role, with experience in sales / channel management being of advantage
  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Excel, experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in generating and presenting performance reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record in supporting strategic projects and fostering strong relationships.
