About the role

  • Act as the company's subject matter expert and front-line support for HR Systems and integrations for new implementations, and the support of ongoing systems
  • Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting existing HR data integrations and providing technical support to the application development team
  • Provide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of HR data integrations into new or existing applications
  • Gather and Configure Business Requirements relating to Time Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Compensation, Performance Management/Goals and Enterprise Portal
  • Responsible for designing and maintaining system integrations and components
  • Design functional specifications for HR data related integrations and work with developers to ensure all requirements have been met
  • Participate in and/or lead the planning of integration projects
  • Design, develop, and deploy HRIS integration and application solutions within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines
  • Provide hands-on support for various business groups through problem solving, HR/Payroll configuration, functional documentation, testing, developing system documentation, and training materials
  • Work with Senior Analysts, Application Developers, Business SME’s and other Support team members to drive process and systems improvements throughout the HR/Payroll organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and be able to plan your own work
  • Ability to work under pressure to resolve time sensitive issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-culture and multi-language environment
  • Proven success communicating with both Business and IT Teams in support of HR Human Capital Management, Time and Attendance and other HR solutions
  • Experience designing and supporting various application integrations
  • Experience designing and improving business processes and controls
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate solutions and deployment to various stakeholder levels
  • 2-5 years in related application support roles
  • Travel - 10%-24%
