About the role

  • Assistance in the implementation of employee development programs, including DCM, MBO, development plans, career paths, and follow-up evaluations.
  • Support for meetings and activities aimed at organizational development.
  • Supervision and management of the Talent Management module within the HR system.
  • Coordination and ensuring unified global Talent Management processes and policies across all company regions.
  • Collection and analysis of talent-related data, preparation of regular reports and analysis, and support for evaluating goals.
  • Maintaining collaboration with regional HR teams, managers, global HR teams, headquarters, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • You are interested in HR and are analytically and organizationally capable.
  • You have previous experiences with Talent Management.
  • You are meticulous, respect deadlines, and are comfortable communicating across departments.
  • You have excellent Excel skills and enjoy working with systems.
  • You are fluent in Czech and English; other languages are an advantage.
