About the role

  • Lead financial monthly and annual costing processes, validating standard and actual costs cost calculations.
  • Analyze monthly financial results, including variances in standard costs, purchase price variance, and inventory.
  • Build knowledge of end-to-end processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support sourcing and plant operations with performance analysis, cost reduction initiatives, and inventory control.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders and the parent company, including ad hoc reports for investor relations.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Master’s degree, CFA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, Product cost control, Knowledge of the key drivers of cost into industrial business, budgeting, and reporting; experience within manufacturing or supply chain in a multinational environment preferred.
  • System knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; proficiency in cost module within Oracle or SAP.
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
